Phase 4 – Integration & Expression

Focus: Self-trust, emerging identity, gentle visibility

Theme: “I am the artist – in my way, in my time”

Intention: Fully integrate creative identity, honor growth, explore sharing or ritualization, and cultivate cyclical, sustainable creative living.

Focus: nchor growth and insights. Process creative and emotional experiences.
